NOTICE IS GIVEN that at a General Meeting of the above-named Company, duly convened and held at 160 Green Lane, Rotherham, S62 6LE on 28 February 2024 at 2:00pm the following resolutions were passed numbers 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and all others as Ordinary resolutions:
1. That the Company be wound up voluntarily.
2. That Tracy Ann Taylor of Abbey Taylor Limited be appointed Liquidator of the Company.
3. That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company`s assets in specie.
4. That the Liquidator`s fees be charged as a fixed fee of £7,500 plus expenses and VAT for dealing with all matters relating to the liquidation.
