Notice is hereby given by the Parochial Church Council that, following an inspection of the memorial to Rear Admiral William Caldwell d.1718 in the church of St Thomas of Canterbury, Birtsmorton, the memorial was found to be unsafe and deteriorating, and a faculty has been applied for to conserve it.
