NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF THE PARTNERSHIP Notice is hereby given, pursuant to sections 36(2) and 37 of the Partnership Act 1890, that on 29 October 2019 the Partnership was dissolved and has ceased to carry on business from such date pursuant to the terms of the partnership agreement. Subsequent to that date the Partnership has been in the process of winding up its affairs
