Notice is hereby given that on 8 March 2024 a Petition was presented to the Sheriff at Inverness Sheriff Court by SIGHT ACTION SENSORY SERVICES LIMITED (“the Company), a company incorporated under the Companies Acts having company registration number SC213517 and having its registered office at Robertson House, Greenhill Street, Dingwall, IV15 9JQ craving the Court inter alia, that the Company be wound up and that CALLUM CARMICHAEL and GRAHAM SMITH, Insolvency Practitioners both at FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Apex 3, 95 Haymarket Terrace, Edinburgh, EH12 5HD be appointed as joint interim liquidators of the Company; in which the Sheriff at Inverness by interlocutor dated 12 March 2024, ordained the Company and all interest parties, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petitioner should not be granted, to lodge Answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at The Inverness Justice Centre, Longman Road, Inverness, IV1 1AH within 8 days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification. All of which notice is hereby given.
