At a General Meeting of the members of the above named company, duly convened and held at Unit 3 Dalton Works, Deal Street, Keighley, West Yorkshire, BD21 4LA on 20 March 2024 the following Resolutions were duly passed, as a Special Resolution and as an Ordinary Resolution respectively:

“That the Company be wound up voluntarily, and that Jason Stuart Ainge (IP No. 13090) of Begbies Traynor (Central) LLP, Floor 2, 10 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP and Ashleigh William Fletcher (IP No. 9566) of Begbies Traynor (SY) LLP, 3rd Floor, Westfield House, 60 Charter Row, Sheffield, S1 3FZ be and hereby are appointed Joint Liquidators of the Company for the purpose of the voluntary winding-up, and any act required or authorised under any enactment to be done by the Joint Liquidators may be done by all or any one or more of the persons holding the office of liquidator from time to time.”
