A Petition to wind up the above named company having its Canadian Registered Office at 1700 - 242 Hargrave Street, Winnipeg, Manitoba, R3C 0V1, Canada (with service of the Petition effected on the last known principal place of business in England in Wales at 95 Regent Street, Cambridge, CB2 1AW) presented on 6 February 2024, by Sascha Stuart McDonald, of 329A Victoria Park Road, Hackney, London, E9 5DX, claiming to be a creditor of the company, will be heard in person at the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts, Insolvency & Companies (ChD), The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London, EC4A 1NL, on 10 April 2024 at 10:30am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).

Any person intending to appear on the hearing of the Petition (whether to support or oppose it) must give notice of intention to do so to the Petitioner in accordance with Rule 7.14 by 16.00 hours on 9 April 2024.
