Notice is hereby given by the International Ministerial Council of Europe, IMCOE e.V., and the IMCOE, International College of Bishops, a Uniting Body for Pentecostal-Charismatic Churches, for Ministerial Networking in Europe, Africa, and Worldwide. We announce the consecration of BISHOP-ELECT DR. BLESSED JONAS SAINT, General Overseer of PENTECOST FIRE BELIEVERS INTERNATIONAL MINISTRY and an Associate Pastor of COVENANT OUTREACH MINISTRY in Accra, Ghana, and is a Member of the International Ministerial Council of Europe.

The Reverend-Elect Mrs. Irish C. Carnas Saint, would be ordained, as Revd. Minister, for her Church and IMCOE, respectively.

The consecration and Ordination will take place, on Saturday, the 13th of July, 2024, in Accra, Ghana. The Bishop-Elect Dr. Blessed Jonas Saint will be consecrated by the First Pentecostal-Charismatic Archbishop of Germany, The First International Administrative Moderator of IMCOE, and The First Presiding Archbishop of IMCOE, International College of Bishops, His Royal Grace, The Noble Most Reverend Prof. Dr. Oheneba Agyei-Mensah, Ph.D.

The IMCOE is duly registered, with the Hamburg Registration Court as a Charitable Christian Umbrella Organization, and the GHANA-CHAPTER is registered, with the Ghana Register General's Department.

His lordship Bishop Dr. Collins Adu-Boahene serves as the Europe Administrative Bishop.
