Notice is hereby given that on 18 March 2024 a Petition was presented to Paisley Sheriff Court by Renfrewshire Council, Renfrewshire House, Cotton Street, Paisley, PA1 1AN craving the court inter alia for an order under the Insolvency Act 1986 that the Company be wound up by the Court and an interim liquidator be appointed, in which Petition Sheriff Craig, by Interlocutor dated 04 April 2024 ordained the Company and any other persons interested, if they intend to show cause why the prayer of the petition should not be granted, to lodge answers thereto in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at Paisley within eight days after intimation, service or advertisement, under certification.
