NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that in accordance with section 116 of the Highways Act 1980 an application will be made to the Justices of the Peace of the Local Justice Area of Lincolnshire on Monday 20 May 2024 at 10.00am at the Boston Magistrates’ Court, The Court House, 55 Norfolk Street, Boston PE21 6PE for stopping up part of the public highway at St Andrews Drive, Lincoln LN6 7UG. The area of land to be stopped up is shown on the Stopping Up Plan and edged red thereon.

The Plan can be inspected at all reasonable times at the offices of Lincolnshire County Council, County Offices, Newland, Lincoln LN1 1YS (Main Reception), at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk and at City of Lincoln Council, City Hall, Beaumont Fee, Lincoln LN1 7DD or www.lincoln.gov.uk

The Order sought is for stopping up the said area of land for the purposes of all traffic on the grounds that it is unnecessary.
