SERVICE OF DOCUMENTS RELATING TO A PROPOSED SCHEME OF ARRANGEMENT PURSUANT TO SECTION 99 OF THE BERMUDA COMPANIES ACT

TAKE NOTICE that the joint provisional liquidators (“JPLs”) of PDV Insurance Company Ltd (the “Company”) intend to propose a scheme of arrangement pursuant to section 99 of the Bermuda Companies Act (“Scheme”) to all creditors of the Company.

And further take notice that by order dated 16 April 2024 the Supreme Court of Bermuda ordered that service of documents relating to the Scheme upon the following creditors of the Company (the “Service Creditors”):

* E.M. Petrolera Biolovenezolana;

* Compañía Anónima de Administración y Fomento Eléctrico -CADAFE- C.A.;

* C.A. Electricidad De Caracas (EDC);

* C.A. Electricidad de Valencia (ELEVAL);

* C.A. Energia Electrica De Venezuela (ENELVEN);

* Corporacion Electrica Nacional S.A. (CORPOELEC); and

* Diques y Astileros Nacionales, C.A. (DIANCA).

By the insertion of a notice in this form in the Bermuda Royal Gazette, the Wall Street Journal and the Gazette in London, not less than 14 days before the first hearing in the Scheme proceedings, be deemed good service of the proposed scheme of arrangement upon the Service Creditors.

And further take notice that the Scheme proceedings will be commenced by issue of a practice direction letter to all creditors and the JPLs will upload this letter along with all subsequent documents related to the Scheme to an electronic data room (the “Data Room”) for all creditors of PDVIC to review.

And further take notice that the Service Creditors may obtain access to the Data Room, and thereby to all documents relating to the Scheme, by emailing a request for login details to the JPLs at cbcbmpdvic@deloitte.com.
