THE KING has been graciously pleased to appoint Lieutenant General Sir Simon Vincent MAYALL, K.B.E., C.B., to be King of Arms of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire in the room of Lieutenant General Sir Robert Henry Gervase FULTON, K.B.E., who has retired.
