Notice is hereby given that, by an Order of the Court dated 18 April 2024, Andrew Martin Sheridan (IP number 8839) (“the Applicant”) was removed as Office Holder in the cases listed in the Schedules below and Jonathan Dunn (IP Number 25150 ) and Matthew Whitchurch (IP Number 28110 ) (“the Respondents”) both of FRP Advisory Trading Limited, Kings Orchard, 1 Queen Street, Bristol, BS2 0HQ were appointed as Office Holders in his place as specified below. All removals and replacement appointments were made with immediate effect.
Notification
The Respondents shall notify the creditors in each of the block transfer cases of this order by way of letter or notice in the London Gazette as soon as possible, and in any event within 45 days of the date of this order.
The Respondents shall lodge a copy of this order with the Secretary of State as soon as possible, and in any event within 45 days of the date of this order.
The Respondents shall lodge a copy of this order with the Registrar of Companies in respect of each of the block transfer cases as soon as possible, and in any event within 45 days of the date of this order.
The Applicant shall receive his release and discharge as administrator of the block transfer cases set out in Schedules 1A to 1C, in each individual case, 30 days after the notification requirements above have been satisfied in respect of that case, save that such release and discharge be subject to any further order in the event of an application by any creditor of that case.
The Applicant shall receive his release and discharge as liquidator of the block transfer cases set out in Schedules 2A and 2B and 3A to 3D, in each individual case, 30 days after the notification requirements in have been satisfied in respect of that case, save that such release and discharge be subject to any further order in the event of an application by any creditor (or in a members' voluntary liquidation, any member) of that case.
The creditors (or in the case of a members' voluntary liquidation, the members) of the block transfer cases shall have liberty to apply to this Court within 28 days of the date that notice is given in relation to this order.
