NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by Joseph Walter Colley and John Anthony Dickinson, the Joint Administrators, to the creditors of Eagle Genomics Limited that a Virtual Meeting of Creditors has been summoned for 24 May 2024 at 11am, under paragraph 51 of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 for the purpose of seeking decisions from the creditors of the above named Company to approve the Joint Administrators’ Proposals, to form a Creditors’ Committee, and if one is not formed, to seek decisions approving the Joint Administrators’ and their solicitors’ pre-administration costs, fixing the basis of the Joint Administrators’ remuneration, their Fees Estimate and discharge from liability under paragraph 98 of Schedule B1 at the time that their appointment as Joint Administrators ceases to have effect.

In order for their votes to be counted creditors must attend the Virtual Meeting and vote either personally or by proxy, and must also have submitted proof of their debt (if not already lodged) at the offices of CBW Recovery LLP, 10 Lower Thames Street, London, EC3R 6AF by no later than 4 p.m. on the business day before the meeting and their proxy in advance of the meeting. Failure to do so will lead to their vote(s) being disregarded.
