Notice is hereby given that the Sea Fish Industry Authority (“Seafish”), in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 4 and 5 of the Fisheries Act 1981 intends to consult on a regulation (the “Draft Regulations”) to introduce amendments to the Seafish Levy.
