The Department of Health has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Health and Social Care Pension Scheme (Member Contributions) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024", (S.R. 2024 No.116) which comes into operation on 12 June 2024.

This rule will introduce the increase the new member contribution structure for the year 2023 to 2024 and will have effect from 1 April 2023.
