The Trustee of the A & H Group Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”) hereby gives notice for the purpose of section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925 that the Scheme will shortly be wound up.

The Trustee wishes to trace any persons who believe that they may have any right to benefits from the Scheme and who did not receive a letter from the Trustee dated 16th April 2024 notifying them that their benefits will be secured under an individual insurance policy and the Scheme will be wound up. Any such persons should write to the following address giving full details of their claim and any benefits that they think they are entitled to, including their full name, address, national insurance number and copies of any relevant documentation:

Any claim must be registered with the Trustee by 31st July 2024.

Once the date specified above has passed, the Trustee will, in reliance on section 27 of the 1925 Act wind up the Scheme without regard to the claims of any beneficiary of whom the Trustee has not had prior notice and without liability to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them by 31st July 2024.
