Notice is hereby given that on 22 May 2024, a Note was presented at the Court of Session by Stephen Hunt (IP No 9183), Griffins, Tavistock House North, Tavistock Square, London WC1H 9HR as the administrator of Goals Soccer Centres PLC (the Company) for an order in terms of paragraph 76(2)(a) of Schedule B1 of the Insolvency Act 1986 (Schedule B1) extending the period of the Noter’s appointment as administrator until 14 June 2024; and thereafter, for orders in terms of paragraph 79 of Schedule B1 directing that the Noter’s appointment as administrator of the Company should end; the Noter be discharged from liability in respect of his actions as administrator of the Company, both with immediate effect; and, that the Company be wound up under the provisions of the Insolvency Act 1986 and appointing the Noter as liquidator in terms of section 140 of that Act; and for an order in terms of Rule 1.56(1) of the Insolvency (Scotland) (Company Voluntary Arrangements and Administration) Rules 2018 (the 2018 Rules) waiving the noter’s failure to submit a claim in respect of his remuneration and expenses in respect of the accounting period ending on 30 April 2024 within 14 days of that date; and to make an order in terms of paragraph 79 of Schedule B1 directing that any claim which the noter may make in respect of his remuneration and outlays as administrator of the Company may be submitted to the Company’s creditors for approval at the same time as the first claim to be submitted by him in respect of his remuneration and outlays as liquidator.  By interlocutor dated 23 May 2024, Lord Braid ordained any person having an interest to lodge answers, if so advised, within 7 days of intimation and advertisement.  Contact details for Administrator: Andrew Goodson, Andrew.goodson@griffins.net
