NOTICES UNDER THE TRUSTEE ACT 1925; MARSHALL MOTOR HOLDINGS DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PENSION SCHEME

Pursuant to section 27(1) of the Trustee Act 1925, notice is hereby given, that the Trustees of the Marshall Motor Holdings Defined Contribution Pension Scheme (the “Scheme”) are winding-up the Scheme.

The Trustees of the Scheme are seeking to trace all former members of the Scheme and their beneficiaries who may be entitled to benefits under the Scheme. This notice is intended for any person who believes they have benefits under the Scheme who has not yet been contacted by the Trustees in connection with the wind up of the Scheme.

Any person who believes that they may be entitled to pension benefits from the Scheme, and who has not received correspondence from the Trustees should write to the Trustees of the Scheme c/o Buck, DC Consulting, PO Box 424, Building 12, Vantage Point Business Village, Mitcheldean, GL14 9JE within two months of the date of the publication of this notice.

In support of your claim, you should provide full details of your name, address, date of birth, National Insurance number, and periods of employment, together with any relevant supporting documentation.

After the time falling two months from the date of publication of this notice, the Trustees will base the distribution of the assets of the Scheme in accordance with their powers but only having regard to the claims and entitlements of which the Trustees had prior notice and they will not, as regards the assets distributed, be liable to any person of whose claim or entitlement they have not received notice.

If you have been notified by the Trustees in connection with the wind up of the Scheme, you need take no further action nor do you need to reply to this notice.
