A Petition to wind-up the above-named Company of 36 Preston Street, Faversham, Kent, ME13 8PE presented on the 21 May 2024 by Mercy Global Consult Ltd (In Liquidation) (Acting by its Joint Liquidators, Jason Ainge & Paul Stanley) care of Begbies Traynor of Floor 2, 10 Wellington Place, Leeds, LS1 4AP claiming to be a Creditor of the Company, will be heard at The High Court of Justice, The Rolls Building, 7 Rolls Buildings, Fetter Lane, London EC4A 1NL on 3 July 2024 at 10.30 am (or as soon thereafter as the Petition can be heard).
