NOTICE FOLLOWING A BLOCK TRANSFER ORDER
Notice is hereby given pursuant to the Order of District Judge Richmond in the High Court of Justice, Business and Property Courts in Manchester, Insolvency and Companies List (ChD), Case Number CR-2023-MAN-000745 on 28 May 2024 and sealed on 31 May 2024 that Henry Lan (‘the Outgoing Officeholder’) of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP shall, with immediate effect, be removed from office in respect of the insolvency cases listed in the Schedules below and shall be replaced by Stephen Mark Katz of Begbies Traynor (London) LLP, Pearl Assurance House, 319 Ballards Lane, London, N12 8LY (stephen.katz@btguk.com) (IP no. 8681) in respect of the cases listed in Schedule 1 Part 1, Schedule 1 Part 2 and Schedule 1 Part 3 below.
