THE CITY OF WESTMINSTER (WAITING AND LOADING RESTRICTION) (AMENDMENT NO. *) ORDER 202*

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Westminster City Council proposes to make the above Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 49 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders, in Redan Place, would be to:

(a) on the east side of the north to south arm, introduce “at any time” loading restrictions between its junction with the east to west arm of Redan Place and a point 1.7 metres north of the party wall of Nos. 82 and 83 Kensington Gardens Square;

(b) on the west side of the north to south arm:

(i) extend the residents’ parking place which extends from the rear of No. 63 Kensington Gardens Square to outside No. 15 Redan Place by 4 metres, replacing lengths of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions;

(ii) shorten the residents’ parking place at the rear of Nos. 69 and 70 Kensington Gardens Square by 4 metres; and

(iii) introduce “at any time” loading restrictions between a point 1 metre north of the party wall of Nos. 70 and 71 Kensington Gardens Square and the party wall of Nos. 78 and 79 Kensington Gardens Square; and .

(c) on the north side of the east to west arm:

(i) relocate the residents’ parking place outside No. 26 Redan Place eastward to outside No. 27 Redan Place and shorten it by 2.8 metres, replacing a length of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions; and

(ii) introduce 8.9 metres of double yellow line “at any time” waiting restrictions outside No 26 Redan Place.

3. The proposed Orders and other documents giving more detailed particulars of the Orders are available for inspection until six weeks have elapsed from the date on which either the Orders are made or the Council decides not to make the Orders at https://westminstertransportationservices.co.uk/notices and, in person by appointment only, at Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London, SW1E 6QP, between 9.00 a.m. and 5.00 p.m. on Mondays to Fridays (except bank / public holidays). 5. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
