This Notice is given under Rule 15.13 of the Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 ("the Rules").

It is delivered by the Joint Liquidator of the Company and the convener of the meeting, Grace Jones, of Parker Andrews Limited, 5th Floor, The Union Building, 51-59 Rose Lane, Norwich, NR1 1BY. The virtual meeting will be held as follows:

A meeting of creditors is to take place for the purposes of considering the following:

1. That a Liquidation Committee will be established should sufficient nominations be received by 27 June 2024.

2. That Parker Andrews Limited be paid the sum of £2,500 plus VAT and expenses in respect of the balance of fees for convening the procedure to seek a decision from creditors on the nomination of Joint Liquidators and assistance provided in the preparation of the statement of affairs; such fees to be paid from the assets of the company.

3. That the basis of time properly given by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters as set out in the fees estimate, such time to be charged at the prevailing standard hourly charge out rates used by Parker Andrews Limited at the time the work is performed (plus VAT).
