Notice is hereby given pursuant to Article 80 of the Insolvency (Northern Ireland) Order 1989, that a Final Meeting of the Members of the above named company will be held at the offices of HCA Business Recovery Limited on 2nd August 2024 at 10.00 am, for the purpose of having accounts laid before the members showing how the winding up as been conducted, how the property of the company disposed of and hearing any explanation that may be given by the Liquidator.

Any member entitled to attend and vote at the above meeting may appoint a proxy or proxies to attend and vote instead of him. A proxy need not be a member of the company.

Forms of proxy, if intended to be used, must be duly completed and lodged at the offices of HCA Business Recovery Limited, 12 Cromac Place, Belfast, BT7 2JB no later than 12.00 noon on 1st August 2024.
