Notice is hereby given that Colbon GOC (NI) Limited has applied to the Chief Inspector for a variation to a Pollution Prevention and Control (PPC) Permit to operate an installation involving the delivery, storage and treatment of waste fuels and solvents. Mixed waste fuels can be separated for re-use or, subject to the approval of this variation application, can be combined with solvent based materials to produce Recycled Liquid Fuel for use as an alternative fuel in the cement and lime industry.

The installation is located at 27, Annaghmore Road, Coalisland, BT71 4QZ, in the District of Dungannon in the County of Tyrone.

The application contains all particulars as required by the Regulations, including a description of foreseeable significant effects of emissions from the installation on the environment.

In addition, members of the public who wish to obtain a copy of the relevant information contained in the registers can do so upon the payment of a reasonable charge to cover the costs of copying.

Any objections or representations to the above application should be made in writing to the Chief Inspector at the address below, within 42 days from the date of this public notice.
