THE HACKNEY (PARKING PLACES) (MAP BASED) (CONSOLIDATION) (AMENDMENT NO.*) ORDER 2024

1. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Hackney proposes to make the above-mentioned Orders under the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 as amended.

2. The general effect of the Orders will be to introduce Dockless cycle hire bays in the following locations;

Road Name Location
Beechwood Road 0.2m south of the extended building line of number 50, for a distance of 5m southwards, replacing a shared use bay.
Bodney Road In line with the extended northern building line of Adisham House, for a distance of 5m south westerly, replacing a permit holders bay.
Casimir Road 10m south of the northern kerb of Casimir Road, for a distance of 5m south, replacing a shared use bay.
Elrington Road 5.5m of the extended southern building line of number 95 Forest Road, for a distance of 5m northwards, replacing a residents permit bay.
Fassett Road 5m east of the extended building line of number 18, for a distance of 5m eastwards, replacing a residents permit bay.
Forest Road (1) 1.3m east of the extended eastern building line of Zest building, for a distance of 5.8m eastwards, replacing a permit holders bay.
Forest Road (2) 0.2m west of the extended building line of number 15 Parkholme Road, for a distance of 5m westwards, replacing a residents permit bay.
Glenarm Road 5.3m south west of the boundary line of number 1b/3 for a distance 5m westwards, replacing a residents permit bay.
Lamb Lane 10m west from the junction with Helmsley Place for a distance of 5m westwards, replacing a permit holders bay.
Laurel Street 5m east from the junction with Buttermere Walk, for a distance of 5m eastwards, replacing a residents permit bay.
Navarino Road 6.3m north from the extended northern kerbline of Wilton Way, for a distance of 5m north westerly, replacing a residents permit bay.
Palatine Road 7.7m west of the extended boundary line of number 94/98, for a distance of 5m westwards, replacing a permit bay.
Parkholme Road 7.5m east of the extended building line of number 88 Dalston Lane, for a distance of 5.5m eastwards, replacing a residents permit bay.
Ritson Road 1m west of the extended building line of number 1 for a distance of 5m westwards, replacing a shared use bay.
Rushmore Road 10.5m east of the extended building line of number 94 Chatsworth Road, for a distance of 5m eastwards, replacing a residents permit bay.
Sandringham Road 6.8m east of the extended building line of number 48 Cecilia Road, for a distance of 5m eastwards, replacing a resident’s permit bay.
Seal Street 6.9m north west of the extended building line of number 185 Shacklewell Lane, for a distance of 5m north westerly, replacing a residents permit bay.
Shacklewell Road 21m west from the junction with Shacklewell Lane, for a distance of 5m westwards, replacing a permit holder's bay.
Somerford Grove 18.2m east of the extended boundary line of number 8/12, for a distance of 5m eastwards, replacing a shared use bay.
Tabernacle Street 8.2m south west of the extended building line of number 140, for a distance of 6m south westerly, replacing a business permit holders bay.
Truman’s Road 28.6m west of the extended building line of number 17 Stoke Newington Road, for a distance of 5m westwards, replacing a shared use bay.
Wayland Avenue 7.1m north of the extended building line of number 29, for a distance of 5m northwards, replacing a permit holder's bay.
Wordsworth Road 15.6m south from the junction with Belgrade Road, for a distance of 5m southwards, replacing a permit holders bay.

Alternatively Such documents can be inspected during normal office hours on Mondays to Fridays, in the visitor’s reception area, London Borough of Hackney, Hackney Service Centre, 1 Hillman Street, London, E8 1DY by appointment only.

4. Any objections or other representations about either of the Orders should be sent in writing to Streetscene – Networks Team at the address specified in paragraph 3 above or emailed to streetscene.consultations@hackney.gov.uk within 21 days from the date on which this Notice is published. All objections must specify the grounds on which they are made.
