With reference to the notice with ID 4633767 issued on 30 May 2024, we note that the transfer did not take place on 5 June 2024, and that the following notice reflects the particulars of the relevant transfer.

Notice is hereby given pursuant to section 10(1) of the Limited Partnership Act 1907 that with effect on 20 June 2024 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Time, Tapestry, Inc., Coach International (BVI) Holdings Limited, and Coach (US) Partnership, LLC shall transfer their entire interests in Coach Holdings Partnership (UK) LP, a Limited Partnership registered in England and Wales with registered number LP016460, to Coach Holdings Partnership (BVI) LP.
