NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Council of the London Borough of Haringey on 6th June 2024 has made the above mentioned Orders under sections 6, 45, 46, 63 and 124 of and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended:

The general effect of the Orders:

To introduce new Cycle parking (storage) facilities at the following locations:-

1) St Loys Road N17 – NORTH SIDE: Outside No.102. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

2) Birchington Road N8 – WEST SIDE: Outside No.2. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

3) Clifton Road N8 – EAST SIDE: Opposite No.14a. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

4) Barrington Road N8 – SOUTH SIDE: Opposite No.106. Replaces shared use Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone parking. Adjacent Double Yellow Lines will be extended west by 3 metres.

5) Methuen Park N10 – NORTHEAST SIDE: Opposite No.8.

6) Summersby Road N6 – NORTH SIDE: Outside the western boundary wall of No.33 to 44 (adjacent to the existing Single Yellow Line).

7) Nelson Road N8 – EAST SIDE: Outside No.136. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

8) Clovelly Road N8 – NORTH SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.37 Park Avenue North.

9) Cobham Road N22 – NORTHWEST SIDE: Adjacent to the rear flank wall of No.11 Lakefield Road. Replaces shared use Resident Permit Holders Only/Pay by Phone parking.

10) Gladstone Avenue N22 – NORTHWEST SIDE: Outside No.159. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

29) Grove Avenue N10 – WEST SIDE: Outside No.1 to 6 Caversham Lodge.

30) Eleanor Road N11 – SOUTH SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.77 Queens Road. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

31) Hampshire Road N22 – WEST SIDE: Adjacent to the rear flank wall of No.8 Sidney Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

32) Alton Road N17 – NORTHWEST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.26 Downhills Park Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking. Adjacent Double Yellow Lines will be extended northeast by 2.8 metres.

33) Woodside Gardens N17 – WEST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.24 Sperling Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking. Adjacent Double Yellow Lines will be extended north by 1 metre.

34) Lismore Road N17 – NORTHWEST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.46 Downhills Park Road. Replaces Permit Holders Only parking.

35) Elmhurst Road N17 – SOUTHEAST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.25 Bruce Grove. Replaces shared use Pay by Phone/Permit Holders Only parking.

36) Duckett Road N4 – NORTH SIDE: Outside No.57. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

37) Effingham Road N8 – NORTH SIDE: Outside No.61. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

38) Fairfax Road N8 – SOUTH SIDE: Outside No.82/84. Replaces Resident Permit Holders Only parking.

39) Rosebery Road N10 – WEST SIDE: Adjacent to the flank wall of No.47 Donovan Avenue (Relocation of existing bicycle hangar from outside No.103 Rosebery Road).

The Cycle parking (storage) facility would be 2 metres wide and 2.5 metres in length.

Date of operation: The Orders will come into operation on 25th July 2024.

Further details: an appointment can be made, by emailing traffic.orders@haringey.gov.uk to inspect the Orders during normal office hours at the reception desk of Alexandra House, 10 Station Road, Wood Green, N22 7TR, or can be viewed online at https://streets.appyway.com/haringey within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made.

Application to the high court: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Orders or of any provision contained therein on the grounds that it does not comply with the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, as amended or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made there under have not been complied with in relation to the Orders may, within six weeks of the date on which the Orders were made, make application for the purpose to the High Court.
