Notice is hereby given that the Department of Health in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 1(1), (2)(f), (3) and (4), 2, 3(1), (2) and (3)(a) to (c), 4(1), (2) and (5), 5(1), (3)(c) and (5) and 8(1)(a), (2)(a) and (4), paragraph 6 of Schedules 1 and 2, Schedule 3 and paragraph 6 of Schedule 5 to the Public Service Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2014, has made Regulations entitled ‘The Firefighters’ Pension Schemes and Compensation Scheme (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024’ (SR 2024 No 130). The Order was made on 12 June 2024.
