NOTICE is hereby given that on 7 June 2024 a Petition was presented to the Court of Session by Paul Stefan Jones craving the Court inter alia to grant an administration order in relation to 1CALL DIRECT LIMITED, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts (with registration number: SC250469) and having their registered office at Aspect Court, 116 West Regent Street, Glasgow, Strathclyde, G2 2QD and to appoint Ian William Wright IP Number 9227 and Brian William Milne IP Number 9381, Insolvency Practitioners, both of Quantuma Advisory Limited, Third Floor, Turnberry House, 175 West George Street, Glasgow, G2 2LB, 0141 285 0910, to be the joint administrators of 1CALL DIRECT LIMITED, in which Petition the Lord Ordinary by interlocutor dated 13 June 2024 appointed all persons having an interest to lodge Answers in the Court of Session within twenty one days after intimation, service or advertisement; all of which notice is hereby given.
