The Department of Justice has made a Statutory Rule entitled "The Police Pensions (Remediable Service) (Amendment) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2024" (S.R.2024 No.138), which comes into operation in accordance with Regulation 2.

The Rule will correct minor drafting errors and omissions within the Police Pensions (Remediable Service) Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2023 (S.R 2023.No. 122).
