NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a meeting of the creditors of the above named company will be held at the offices of Keenan CF, 10th Floor Victoria House, 15-17 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS, on Wednesday 17 July 2024 at 11:00am for the following purposes:

1. That a Creditors Committee be established if sufficient nominations are received and those nominated are willing to be members of a committee.

2. That the Joint Liquidators be remunerated by reference to the time properly incurred by the Joint Liquidators and their staff in attending to matters arising in the Liquidation. Such time is to be charged at the prevailing hourly rates used by the Firm at the time when the work is performed. Such fees along with the costs and expenses of the Joint Liquidators are to be held on account and drawn down from the assets of the Company as and when funds allow.

3. That mileage at 45p per mile be approved as a Category 2 expense.

Creditors wishing to vote at the meeting must ensure that their proxy forms are received via email to fhogan@keenancf.com or at the offices of Keenan CF, 10th Floor Victoria House, 15-17 Gloucester Street, Belfast, BT1 4LS, not later than 12.00 noon on the business day before the meeting.
