At a general meeting of the Members of the above-named Company, duly convened, and held at 21 St. Regis Heights, Firecrest Drive, London NW3 7NE on 14 June 2024 at 3:45pm the following Resolutions were passed by the Members numbers 1 and 3 as Special resolutions and number 2 as an Ordinary resolution:

Resolutions:

i. "That the Company be wound up voluntarily" and

ii. "That Anthony Hyams, of Insolve Plus Ltd be appointed Liquidator of the Company" and

iii. "That the Liquidator be authorised to distribute any of the Company's assets in specie."
