By written resolutions of the shareholders, on 27 June 2024 at 50-56 Wellington Place, Belfast, BT1 6GF the following resolutions were passed: no. 1 as special resolution and no. 2 as an ordinary resolution:

1. That the company be wound up voluntarily.

2. That Barry O’Donnell of Harbinson Mulholland, Centrepoint, 24 Ormeau Avenue, Belfast, BT2 8HS be and is hereby appointed liquidator of the company for the purpose of its voluntary winding-up.
