NOTICE is hereby given that a Petition presented on 21 June 2024 by Susan Margaret Cox, Odd Eliason and Jóhan Regan Jacobsen to the Sheriff of Lothian and Borders at Edinburgh craving the Court inter alia to order that the name of Bradan Cuan Siar Limited (Company Number SC421753) be restored to the Register of Companies in Scotland; in which Petition the Sheriff at Edinburgh by Interlocutor dated 25 June 2024 ordained any person desiring to object to the crave of the Petition to lodge answers in the hands of the Sheriff Clerk at the Sheriff Court House, 27 Chambers Street, Edinburgh, EH1 1LB within 8 days after such publication, service and advertisement.
