The following proposed resolutions will be put to creditors at a virtual meeting of creditors to be held on 4 July 2024 at 11:45am.

The resolutions are:

1. That Claire Louise Foster be appointed liquidator of the Company.

2. Whether a Liquidation Committee will be established.

3. If a committee is not established, that the basis of Revive Business Recovery Limited`s pre appointment fees for assisting with the preparation of the statement of affairs and convening the virtual meeting will be on a fixed fee basis, in the sum of £5,000.00 plus expenses and VAT. The expense is advertising at £108 plus VAT.
