Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that the general partner of SRE Freyja – Investco, L.P. (the “Partnership”), Stepstone REP III (GP), LLC, and the limited partners of the Partnership, have together agreed to dissolve the Partnership with effect from 28 June 2024.
