NOTICE IS GIVEN under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Nickolas Garth Rimes, the Liquidator of the Company, intend declaring first and final, dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
