Notice is hereby given, pursuant to Section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that ISS Pension Fund has transferred their entire interest in Partners Group Secondary 2006, L.P., a limited partnership registered in Scotland with number SL005568 (the “Partnership”) to Social Protection Fund. ISS Pension Fund has ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership. Social Protection Fund has been admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership.
