Pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, notice is hereby given in respect of the following transfer of limited partnership interests in IK VII No.3 Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England with registered number LP014771 (the “Partnership”):

i. 100% of VZWL Private Equity GmbH & Co. Geschlossene Investment KG’s interest in the Partnership has been transferred to Patria Light (Guernsey) Limited (the “Transferred Interest”).

Accordingly, with effect from 28 June 2024, Patria Light (Guernsey) Limited was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership in respect of the Transferred Interest and VZWL Private Equity GmbH & Co. Geschlossene Investment KG ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership in respect of the Transferred Interest.
