Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 27 of the Trustee Act 1925, that the Trustee of the R G Carter Limited and Associated Companies Pension Fund (the “Fund”) is winding-up the Fund. The R G Carter Group has made, and financed, arrangements for all the liabilities of the Fund to be transferred to Aviva.

If you were employed by R G Carter Holdings Limited, or any associated company, and believe that you were a member of the Fund (or you are a spouse, civil partner, child or dependant of a deceased member) and have not received announcements from the Trustee of the Fund in relation to the Fund’s wind up, please contact the Trustee of the Fund within two months of the date of publication of this notice using the following details:

The Trustee of the R G Carter Limited and Associated Companies Pension Fund, XPS Administration, PO Box 562, Middlesborough, TS1 9JA.

Please provide your full name, address, date of birth, the period during which you worked for R G Carter Holdings Limited, or any associated company, and any documents supporting your claim.

After the two month period, the Trustee will proceed with the winding up of the Fund and may have regard only to claims and entitlements of which they had prior written notice. The Trustee will not be liable to or in respect of any person whose claim or entitlement has not been notified to them within the two month period.

If you are a past member of the Fund and have had your benefits transferred to a new pension provider, you do not need to contact the Trustee.

The Trustee will remain responsible for administration of the Fund until this process is complete and you are welcome to liaise with the Trustee via XPS (using the contact details above) should you have any queries in relation to this notice.
