(the “Existing LP”) ceased to be a limited partner in HgCapital 7 C L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with registration number LP015328 (the “Partnership”) with effect from 1 July 2024, by virtue of a transfer by the Existing LP of its entire interest in the Partnership to EMBLA FUND MANAGEMENT AG ACTING IN ITS CAPACITY AS MANAGER OF ARANGO INVESTMENT FUND I A SUB-FUND OF ARANGO FUND SICAV.
