Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that ASF Sidney, S.L.P. transferred 100% of its interest in BC European Capital X-4 LP registered in England and Wales with number LP016730 (the “Partnership”), to SP Harmony Acquisitions L.P. As a result of such transfer, SP Harmony Acquisitions L.P. was admitted as a limited partner of the Partnership and ASF Sidney, S.L.P. ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
