NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that on 23 May 2024 the following resolutions were passed by the member of the Company:
THAT the Company be wound up voluntarily pursuant to section 391(1)(b) of the Companies (Guernsey) Law 2008 (as amended);
THAT Linda Maree Johnson and Mark Russell Kelly of KPMG Advisory Limited, Glategny Court, Glategny Esplanade, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 1WR be and are hereby appointed as joint liquidators (the “Joint Liquidators”) with the power to act jointly and severally for the purpose of the winding up of the Company.
All persons having claims against, or who are indebted to, the above-named Company are requested to send details thereof to the Liquidators at the address below not later than 4 weeks after date of notice going up.
