Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, in relation to EQT Expansion Capital II (No.1) Limited Partnership, a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011761 (the “Partnership”), that:

1. Schroders Capital Private Equity Mature Secondaries (Orthros) L.P. transferred 40% of its interest in the Partnership, including 40% of its capital contribution to Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC; and

2. Schroders Capital Private Equity Mature Secondaries (Orthros) L.P. transferred 60% of its interest in the Partnership, including 60% of its capital contribution to Kline Hill Partners Opportunity V SPV LLC.

As a result of such transfers, the following limited partners were admitted to the Partnership:

1. Kline Hill Partners Core V SPV LLC

2. Kline Hill Partners Opportunity V SPV LLC

As a result of such transfers, the following ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership:

1. Schroders Capital Private Equity Mature Secondaries (Orthros) L.P.
