Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 10 of the Limited Partnerships Act 1907, that Amberbrook V LLC transferred 100% of its interest in Apax Europe VII-B, L.P., a limited partnership registered in England and Wales with number LP011815 (the “Partnership”), to Argosy Strategic Partners III, L.P. and as a result of such transfer, Argosy Strategic Partners III, L.P. was admitted as a limited partner to the Partnership and Amberbrook V LLC ceased to be a limited partner of the Partnership.
