TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1990 NOTICE OF DEPOSIT PROPOSALS FOR MAKING OF A SIMPLIFIED PLANNING ZONE AT SLOUGH TRADING ESTATE

MONDAY 8TH JULY TO MONDAY 19TH AUGUST

Slough Borough Council have prepared proposals for making of the above scheme at Slough Trading Estate. Copies of the proposals ( and supporting information) are available for public inspection free of charge on the Councils website at https://www.slough.gov.uk/planning/simplified-planning-zone-spz or in person from as follows :

By appointment Mon- Fri between 9.30am and 4.45pm Slough Borough Council Observatory House 25 Windsor Road Slough SL1 2EL

Objections and representations with respect to the proposals should be sent in writing to Group Manager, Planning Policy, Slough Borough Council SL1 2EL, or via email to planningpolicy@slough.gov.uk, or online via the online consultation at https://www.slough.gov.uk/planning/simplified-planning-zone-spz before the19th August 2024..

Objections and representations with respect to the proposals must specify the matters to which they relate, the grounds on which they are made, and may be accompanied by a request to be notified at a specified address of the withdrawal, adoption, approval or rejection of the proposals.

Only persons whose objections or representations are made in writing to Slough Borough Council SL1 2EL, or via email to planningpolicy@slough.gov.uk, or online via the online consultation at https://www.slough.gov.uk/planning/simplified-planning-zone-spz within the six week period ending on the 19th August 2024 will have a right to have their objections or representations considered.

Notice of intention to Adopt Proposals

If not objection is received during the period given for making objections Slough Borough Council intend to adopt the proposals on the expiry of that period.
