Notice is hereby given under rule 14.29 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016, by Matthew Waghorn and Lawrence King, the Joint Liquidators of the Company, intend declaring first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
