Notice is given under Rule 14.28 of The Insolvency (England and Wales) Rules 2016 and under Section 330 of The Insolvency Act 2016, by Philip Stephen Wallace, the Trustee to the creditors of David Thompson, that I intend declaring a first and final dividend to the non-preferential unsecured creditors within two months of the last date for proving specified below.
