Hillingdon Council gives notice that it proposes to make these Orders to:

1. Install 'at any time' waiting restrictions in sections of roads as set out in the Schedule to this notice below.

2. Install blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 12 Rosedale Avenue, Hayes

ii) Outside No. 292 Long Lane, Hillingdon

3. Remove the redundant blue badge disabled parking bays at the following locations:

i) Outside No. 93 Exmouth Road, Ruislip

ii) Outside No. 2 Montcalm Close, Hayes

4. Convert the existing ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ waiting restrictions outside No. 142 and 144 Rowan Road, West Drayton to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.

5. Introduce ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10am and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ waiting restrictions outside and opposite Nos. 156 to 160 Rowan Road, West Drayton.

6. Introduce ‘Monday to Friday Midday to 1pm’ waiting restrictions on the following sections of Laurel Lane, West Drayton:

i) On both sides of the road between the existing double yellow lines at the junction with Rowan Road, northwards including all the laybys, to the zebra crossing outside Laurel Lane Primary School.

ii) North side of the road, outside Nos. 3 to 15 Laurel Lane.

iii) South side of the road, outside Nos. 38 to 46 Laurel Lane.

7. Replace sections of ‘Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm’ waiting restrictions with Zone WD2 permit holder parking places at the following locations:

i) Outside Nos. 12 and 14 Brickfields Way, West Drayton

ii) Outside Nos. 24 & 26 Brickfields Way, West Drayton

8. Convert the existing ‘Monday to Saturday 8am to 6.30pm’ waiting restrictions at the junction with Pinner Road and Chestnut Avenue, Northwood to ‘at any time’ waiting restrictions.

9. Extend the times of the existing ‘Monday to Friday 8am to 10pm and 2.30pm to 4.30pm’ waiting restrictions to operate everyday ‘8am to 11am and 2.30pm to 6pm’ on the south side of Botwell Common Road, Hayes between the junctions with Dawley Road and Beechwood Avenue.
