WHEREAS CANVASRSPICTURE LTD, a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number SC652406 was dissolved on 6 February 2024; AND WHEREAS in terms of the Companies Acts all property and rights whatsoever vested in or held on trust for a dissolved company immediately before its dissolution are deemed to be bona vacantia; AND WHEREAS immediately before its dissolution the said Canvasrspicture Ltd was the Tenant under Missives of Lease between BRAEHEAD GLASGOW LIMITED a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 02725146 and BRAEHEAD PARK INVESTMENTS LIMITED a company incorporated under the Companies Acts under Company number 02722888 and the said Canvasrspicture Ltd, dated 29 October 2020 and 30 October 2020 and registered in the Books of Council and Session on 26 November 2020, of ALL and WHOLE the subjects comprising Unit 114 Intu Braehead Shopping Centre, Glasgow; AND WHEREAS the dissolution of the said Canvasrspicture Ltd came to my notice on 16 April 2024: Now THEREFORE I, JOHN THOMAS LOGUE, the King’s and Lord Treasurer’s Remembrancer, in pursuance of section 1013 of the Companies Act 2006, do by this Notice disclaim the Crown’s whole right and title in and to the Tenant’s interest under the said Missives of Lease.
